Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure Single Player Grey Box
In an attempt to broaden my horizons and challenge my level design capabilities, I created this platforming level based on Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. I spent a week on this project. This level is meant to be about 5 to 10 minutes for the average player, and it introduces unique elements to the platforming genre. The Eternal Continuum is based on a third dimensional representation of time that has been disrupted by Hektore--the primary antagonist--in an attempt to control history. As you progress through the level, "gravity" changes. This will be represented by the twisting of the main path, translating itself in different orientations to the player's original entry point. Through this, the player will see future and past parts of the level in the background at all points throughout the level. Framerate could be maintained by using LOD systems. The level is also paced to become more difficult as the player progresses.
